79   Right to appear

The Valuer-General may appear either personally or by Australian legal practitioner or by any officer of the Department, in any court or in any proceedings, and the statement of any such Australian legal practitioner or officer of the Department that any appearance is by the authority of the Valuer-General shall be accepted as sufficient evidence of such authority.
