22 Delegation
(1) The Minister may delegate to a person any of the Minister’s
functions under this Act, other than this power of
delegation.
(2) The Director-General may delegate to a person:(a) any of the Director-General’s functions under this Act,
other than this power of delegation, and
(b) any of the functions delegated to the Director-General by the
Minister under this Act, subject to any conditions to which the delegation to
the Director-General is subject.
