(1) The SCA is required to pay to the Treasurer the cost (as certified by the Tribunal) involved in and in connection with carrying out the operational audit of the SCA.(2) Without limitation, an operating licence may include terms and conditions relating to the determination of the cost of carrying out the operational audit.
