(1) An authorised industrial officer must not deliberately hinder or obstruct the employer or employees during their working time.(2) A person must not deliberately hinder or obstruct an authorised industrial officer in the exercise of the powers conferred by this Part.(3) A person must not, without lawful excuse, fail to comply with a requirement of an authorised industrial officer under this Part.(4) A person must not purport to exercise the powers of an authorised industrial officer under this Part if the person is not the holder of a current authority issued by the Industrial Registrar under this Part.Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units.
