147   Membership of Commission

(1)  The Commission consists of the following members:

(a)  a President,

(b)  a Vice-President,

(c)  Deputy Presidents,

(d)  Commissioners.

(2)  The President, the Vice-President and the Deputy Presidents of the Commission are referred to in this Act as Presidential Members.
