8 Consents to removal of non-regenerative tissue from adults
(1) A person, other than a child, may give consent in writing to the removal from the person’s body, at any time after the expiration of 24 hours after the consent is given, of specified non-regenerative tissue for the purpose of its transplantation to the body of another living person.(2) A consent given under subsection (1) shall specify the day on which, and the time at which, it is given.
