(Section 21 (3))
1 Subject to clause 2, this Act does not apply in respect of a contract made before the commencement of this Schedule.
2 Where the provisions of a contract made before the commencement of
this Schedule are varied after that commencement, this Act applies in respect
of the contract, but:(a) no order shall be made under this Act affecting the operation of
the contract before the date of the variation, and
(b) the Court shall have regard only to injustice attributable to the
variation.
