210   Power to require information about articles

The EPA may, by notice under Part 7.3, require:

(a)  the owner of an article, or

(b)  the person by whom articles of a specified class or description were manufactured, assembled, imported, sold or supplied for sale,

to furnish it with information relating to any such article.
