63   Referral of impairment matters concerning chiropractors

(1)  The Board may refer any matter to an Impaired Registrants Panel if the Board considers that the matter indicates that a registered chiropractor suffers from an impairment. This is not limited to matters that are the subject of a complaint to the Board.
(2)  If the Board is aware that a complaint has been made to the Commission about a chiropractor who is the subject of a referral to an Impaired Registrants Panel, the Board is to notify the Commission of the referral.
