114 Casino duty
(1) A casino duty is to be paid to the Authority in respect of each
casino licence.
(2) The amount of the duty is to be:(a) as agreed from time to time by the Treasurer and the casino
operator concerned, or
(b) in the absence of agreement, as determined by the Treasurer from
time to time.
(3) The duty is due and payable at the times and in the manner
required by the agreement or Treasurer’s
determination.
(4) The duty paid to the Authority is to be paid into the Consolidated
Fund.
