In this Part:
alterations or additions, in relation to a private dwelling house, includes:(a) any improvements to the parcel of land on which the dwelling house is constructed, and(b) the maintenance, repair or renovation of the dwelling house or of an improvement referred to in paragraph (a).
APRA reporting standard means a reporting standard determined by the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority under section 13 of the Financial Sector (Collection of Data) Act 2001 of the Commonwealth.
private dwelling house includes:(a) a lot within the meaning of the Strata Schemes Management Act 1996, and(b) a land use entitlement that confers a right to occupy a private dwelling house.
residential land means a parcel of vacant land that is zoned or otherwise designated for use under an environmental planning instrument (within the meaning of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979) for residential or principally for residential purposes.
