28 Recognition and enforcement of New South Wales measure
(1) After consulting with the central authority or a competent authority of a Convention country, the Director-General may give a New South Wales personal protection measure relating to a child to the central authority of the Convention country for recognition and enforcement of the New South Wales personal protection measure in the Convention country.(2) The Director-General or the NSW Trustee may give a New South Wales property protection measure relating to a child to the central authority of a Convention country for recognition and enforcement of the New South Wales property protection measure in the Convention country.
