Repeal:
The Act was repealed by Sch 5 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2012 No 42 with effect from 6.7.2012.
Note:

repeal pursuant to sec 30C of the Interpretation Act 1987 No 15 once
the amendments have taken effect.
