Section 31(1) The Minister may authorise a person to carry out inspections and tests for the purposes of this Part.(2) The Minister shall provide an inspector with a certificate of the inspector’s authority in the prescribed form.(3) An inspector, in exercising in any place any function conferred or imposed under this Part, shall, if so required by a person apparently in charge of that place, produce the certificate of authority to that person.
