(1) The Board may from time to time issue guidelines to be adopted in relation to:(a) the registration of training organisations, and(b) the accreditation of vocational courses.(2) Any such guidelines may relate to matters including the following:(a) registration and accreditation procedures,(b) course programs and nomenclature,(c) the resources required to provide vocational courses in a competent manner,(d) the financial requirements and ethical standards to be satisfied by training organisations,(e) conditions to be imposed on registration or accreditation.(3) Copies of each guideline issued under this section are to be kept at the office of the Board and are to be made available for public inspection free of charge, and for purchase, during ordinary office hours.
33 Official university taken to be RTO in relation to provision of certain vocational courses
An official university is taken to be a registered training organisation for the purposes of providing vocational courses in connection with recognised trade vocations and recognised traineeship vocations within the meaning of the Apprenticeship and Traineeship Act 2001.
