Repeal:
The Act was repealed by sec 39A of the Crimes (Criminal Organisations Control) Act 2012 No 9 with effect from 21.3.2012.
Note:
On 23 June 2011, the High Court of Australia in Wainohu v New South Wales [2011] HCA 24 stated in response to the question in the special case that “The Crimes (Criminal
Organisations Control) Act 2009 (NSW) is invalid”.
