185   Sale of diseased fish or marine vegetation prohibited

A person must not sell any fish or marine vegetation (whether live or dead) if the person knows or has reason to suspect that it is infected with a declared disease.

Maximum penalty: In the case of a corporation, 500 penalty units or, in any other case, 100 penalty units.
