(1) A society must furnish to any person intending to become a member written notice of fees and charges payable by a member to the society.Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
(2) A society must on request made by a member of the society provide the member with a written notice showing the current fees and charges payable by a member to the society.Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
(3) The standards may make further provision for or with respect to the disclosure of the fees and charges payable by a member to the society.
